Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial electrical systems and machinery.
• Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adhere strictly to electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial electrical systems (e.g., motor controls, PLCs, sensors).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety regulations.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on industrial electrical equipment.
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Working knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs) and servo systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced diagnostics (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Certification or experience with high voltage electrical systems.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
