Entry-Level Cannabis Assembly Line Worker
Location: Lake Orion, MI
Shifts:

• 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour

While this is a full-time position with the goal of 40 hours per week, scheduling may vary due to the availability of raw materials and production needs .

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to work in a fast-paced assembly line environment, ensuring consistent, high-quality products for dispensaries.

Responsibilities:

• All pre-roll production is done entirely by hand, requiring careful attention to detail. Please note that this role involves sitting for extended periods of time while performing repetitive tasks to ensure the highest quality in each product
• Collaborate with a team to ensure the production of high-quality cannabis products.
• Perform tasks on the assembly line, including packing pre-rolls, joints, and blunts with precision and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Must reside within 30 minutes of Lake Orion, MI.
• Ability to fully commit to the assigned schedule (Zero tolerance attendance policy).
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and sitting or standing for 8 hours a day.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, with a focus on product safety, quality, and consumer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
