About the Role
Staffing Inc is seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to manage assigned accounts and programs while driving revenue growth. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales goals to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective and current clients
- Manage customer quote requests by coordinating with Estimating, reviewing quotes, and negotiating terms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support order fulfillment and program planning
- Partner with Sales and Production teams to oversee new product launches and ensure smooth implementation
- Manage and track prospects throughout the full sales cycle while maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports and insights for management
- Investigate and assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a technical sales or related role
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools
- Ability to interpret and analyze reporting metrics

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based role with occasional movement throughout the facility
- Regularly required to sit and communicate
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and handle materials
- May be required to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
