Senior Web Developer (.Net)

Your technical leadership will be vital as we continue to evolve our digital footprint, ensuring our systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with future business goals.

You'll be instrumental in helping us pivot towards more streamlined processes and innovative solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and other .NET technologies.
- Design, implement, and manage relational databases in SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Develop highly interactive and responsive user interfaces utilizing advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript techniques.
- Collaborate with product management, UX designers, and other developers to deliver integrated and seamless solutions.
- Implement and maintain robust RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange between various systems.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote best development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for their adoption to improve development efficiency and product quality.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level developers.
Recommended Qualifications:
- 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in full-stack web development with the Microsoft .NET platform.
- Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and/or ASP.NET Web API.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including database administration, complex T-SQL, and performance tuning.
- Strong skills in modern front-end development: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less a plus).
- Experience with client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficient in ORM technologies like Entity Framework Core.
- Expert-level understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or B2B industry.
- Familiarity with cloud development environments (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies.
