We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lansing, MI to support children and families through high-quality, compassionate ABA services.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional behavior assessments)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Review data, track progress, and adjust programming as needed
- Partner with families to ensure carryover and meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation in line with BACB and insurance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (or sitting for exam soon)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in ABA (clinic, home, or school-based)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for working with children and families
