Project Scheduler
Progressive Irrigation & 310 Group are hiring a full-time Project Scheduler to keep our crews organized, jobs on track, and paperwork handled.
This isn’t a sit-around job—we need someone who can stay on top of schedules, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Scheduling jobs & coordinating crews
- Managing timelines
- Invoicing & basic office work
- Communicating with team + customers
What you should have:
- Strong organization skills
- QuickBooks experience (preferred)
- General office/admin experience
- Ability to multitask and stay ahead
Details:
- Full-time
- $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
- Work with two growing companies
