Job Title: Call Center Agent
Purpose: Mixed Staffing is currently seeking a hard-working, self-motivated and dedicated individual to work with our team and client. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing and able to work and wants to find a long-term opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To conduct political surveys over the phone using a given script to prospective voters.
- To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with company guidelines.
- To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management.
- To follow the rules, regulations, and policies set forth in the Employee training, Employee Handbook, and any supplemental documents issued by management.
- To complete, at the request of management, any task or temporary assignment related to services
*Please note you may be asked to do the following tasks*:
- Detect and verbally communicate with co-workers and superiors about errors or processes
- Use basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- Use a computer and its components such as a keyboard, mouse, and printer
- Work independently with little supervision.

Skills and Abilities Required:
- Honesty and Transparency
- Self-Starter
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Possess basic mathematical skills
- Able to establish numerical and personnel goals to evaluate performance
- Available nights and weekend(s)
- Own or have access to reliable transportation
- Knowledge of call center operation
- Understanding of telephony rules and regulations
- Basic or expanded understanding of politics
