Product Enablement Manager, Academy

Board is currently seeking a Product Enablement Manager, Academy to join our Customer Experience function.

The Product Enablement Manager for Board Academy is a Board product expert with experience working with Board customers on implementations and expansions of Board products. This person will work with the Instructional Designers and other Board Academy staff to explain Board so that the Board Academy team can create training and other learning experiences to improve skills of our customers, partners, and employees.

This person will also serve as a liaison with the product and engineering teams to bring new product information to Board Academy.

This position is hybrid and will be based in our Boston, MA office 3 days a week.

Main Duties

• Describe how Board functions to the Instructional Design staff so they are able to build training to teach technical aspects of Board to technical and non-technical people.
• Communicate with Product and Product Marketing to stay current on changes that will be coming to the Board platform.
• Explain how business problems and requirements translate into Board solutions.
• Describe the business value achieved by various Board solutions and the benefits Board brings to business stakeholders.
• Build and guide others to build the Board applications the Instructional Design team needs to create training that is meaningful and memorable.

What We Look For

• 2 years working in a consulting or implementation role in the BI/CPM space or in Analytics.
• Ability to grasp complex business requirements and visualize how to translate those into business solutions.
• Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or other relevant field is preferred.
• Good communicator, fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Board platform is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products is important.
• Knowledge of SQL, as well as Python/R in a data science/analytics environment would be advantageous
