Night Watch (3rd Shift)
Position Hours: 3rd Shift 5pm - 5am
Position Responsibilities:- Site inspections.
- Problem solving.
- Checking feed,
- Checking fans.
- Checking temperatures in houses.
- Monitoring the farm and the birds at night.
- Must be a good communicator.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to work a flexible schedule .
- Does not own or maintain routine contact with birds, swine, or cattle.
- Bilingual would be a bonus.
- Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse , neglect, or breach of biosecurity to preserve the health and welfare of our birds
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Have the ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete floors
- The ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 pounds continuously throughout the day.
- Should be comfortable working around moving machinery and working in a farm environment with very dusty conditions.
