Ive been a State Farm Agent since 2018, after spending 15 years learning the business firsthand as a team member in my moms agency. Today, I lead a passionate and experienced team of seven with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge. Our mission is simple: to deliver the most remarkable service in town. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
