MAINTENANCE CLERK
JBS PLAINWELL, MICHIGAN
Administrative Support for Maintenance in Plainwell, Michigan
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external to the organization;
- Answering phones, prepare correspondence and documents;
- Accurate data entry, reporting and update / create spreadsheets;
- Other projects and duties as assigned;
- Daily filing and administrative duties;
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) preferred.
- High level of critical thinking, logical thinking and analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts;
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team;
- Perform well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
- Attention to detail in all areas of work;
- Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity; Confident, consistent, decisive and strong personality;
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, some weekends
- Experience in manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
