Description
Albion College invites applications for the Assistant Stable Manager position. The Assistant Stable Manager's primary responsibility is round-the-clock daily care of the horses and stable operations at the Nancy G. Held Equestrian Center. Some of these duties include; collaberation with the Stable Manager on staffing needs, maintain college owned equipment, update records for all horses, assist with shows and clinics, etc. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality. Must contribute to a campus climate that emphasizes a commitment to working with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds.
FLSA Classification: Salaried / Exempt
Employment Status: At-Will
Qualifications
- Significant experience in horse care and stable management including supervision of staff
