Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly meticulous and reliable Quality Inspection Technician to inspect small precision parts (approximately the size of a quarter) for defects, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent eyesight, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a clean room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed visual inspections of small parts using magnification tools, microscopes, or other inspection equipment.
• Identify and document any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities.
• Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and complete necessary documentation.
• Work in a controlled clean room environment, following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve inspection processes.
• Operate precision measuring instruments as needed.
• Follow work instructions and company policies to maintain high inspection accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent eyesight (corrected or uncorrected) and ability to detect small imperfections.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small parts.
• Experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment with strict protocols.
• Comfortable using magnifying tools, microscopes, or other precision inspection equipment .
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report documentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic and ability to focus on repetitive tasks without losing accuracy.

Work Environment:

• Controlled clean room setting requiring adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Sitting or standing for extended periods while inspecting small parts.
• Use of magnifying tools and microscopes for detailed inspections.
