Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audit programs, including customer and supplier audits, ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions.
• Oversee root cause analysis and the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Manage the Quality Assurance team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators, reporting findings to senior management.
• Ensure products meet all specified quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standard (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Experience integrating Quality Management Systems with ERP/MES platforms
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly relevant to global supply chains
