Part-Time | Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Schedule:

Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

  1. 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. | 72 hours per two-week pay period
  2. 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. | 48 hours per two-week pay period

*Same Day Pay Available*

Education Required:

  1. Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
  2. Previous experience working as an STNA in a long-term care or senior living setting

The Difference You’ll Make

  1. Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  2. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  3. Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities
  4. Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
  5. Respond promptly to resident needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
  6. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
  7. Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios

Qualifications:

Education Required:

  1. Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
  2. Previous experience working as an STNA in a long-term care or senior living setting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings (drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening)
  2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
  4. Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
  5. Awareness of and sensitivity to residents’ individual needs, interests, and abilities
  6. Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
  7. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
