Key Responsibilities

• Manage general office operations, including ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate administrative support for manufacturing and production teams, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Oversee facility maintenance and safety compliance for office areas, liaising with plant management.
• Process incoming invoices, expense reports, and manage petty cash for the office.
• Support HR functions such as new hire onboarding logistics and maintaining employee records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including visitors and deliveries.
• Maintain organized filing systems for critical company documents and records.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems or manufacturing-specific software
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail in managing office operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients
• Demonstrated ability to support financial processes (e.g., expense tracking, vendor invoices) and basic HR functions (e.g., onboarding, record keeping)

• Experience with manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
