We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to manage and execute diverse events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics for events including timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and staffing
Communicate with clients to determine event requirements and provide updates
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
Ensure all events meet branding and quality standards
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports
Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and messaging
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in event coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
