We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to manage and execute diverse events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for events including timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and staffing

• Communicate with clients to determine event requirements and provide updates

• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown

• Ensure all events meet branding and quality standards

• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or similar role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
