Red Oak Management Co. is hiring a full-time Affordable Housing Property Manager in Detroit, MI. ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled during standard business hours, with daily dispatch from home to your assigned Detroit-area property.

As our Affordable Housing Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of your assigned property. You'll assist prospective residents with the application process, support current residents by addressing concerns with professionalism, and ensure all interactions reflect a high level of service. You will coordinate maintenance needs to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, and manage annual recertifications to ensure compliance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY MANAGER

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in affordable housing site and property management
• Fair housing training or certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Understanding of housing compliance rules and regulations is a plus!
