What You’ll Do

As a Store Manager at Kilwins, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that every Guest leaves with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Team Management : Inspire, motivate, and guide your team to deliver top-tier Guest service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Oversight : Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and maintaining store standards.
- Guest Experience : Ensure every Guest receives exceptional service and enjoys the magic of Kilwins’ products.
- Sales & Performance : Drive sales and meet performance goals while maintaining the integrity of the Kilwins brand.
- Problem-Solving : Address challenges with creativity and a solutions-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- Experience : At least 3 years of management or leadership experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Leadership Skills : A proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Customer Service Excellence : A passion for delivering outstanding Guest experiences.
- Organizational Savvy : Strong skills in multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to Quality : A dedication to upholding Kilwins’ high standards for products and service.
