What You Will Do:
As the Administrative Assistant supporting the Instruments division, you will be a functional resource for the team, creating efficiencies and helping optimize team functioning. Responsibilities may require you to:
- Assist with budget tracking and creation/preparation of presentations.
- Assist with monthly reporting, screen incoming/outgoing communications and edit.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for supported team members, including air (international and domestic), ground, transportation, accommodations, and supporting emergency travel and travel agency inquiries
- Create and prepare expense reports.
- Order, stock and organize office supplies, deliver and sort departmental mail.
- Coordinate Business Reporting including but not limited to; Monthly Corporate Reports, Highlights, Business Planning & Business Review.
- Maintain supplies and trouble shoot and/or schedule repair for various copiers, printers, and scanners department wide.
- Coordinate events including but not limited to offsite meetings, Steering Team meetings, and Annual events.
What You Need:
Required :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in an administrative position (preferred in a corporate environment)
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.
- Experience with expense reporting and invoice creation
