Operations Coordinator

Epic Property Management is a growing property management company dedicated to delivering high-quality rental experiences and efficient property operations. As we expand into new markets, we are building a remote team to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support our leasing and tenant experience departments.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day property management operations. This role involves coordinating internal teams, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth execution across leasing, maintenance, and tenant services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate operations across leasing, maintenance, and tenant support teams

- Track and manage tasks, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met 

- Maintain and update CRM systems, property records, and operational data

- Serve as a central communication point between internal teams and external partners

- Monitor workflows and identify areas for process improvement

- Assist with onboarding new properties and support market expansion

- Generate reports on operations performance and task completion

Requirements: 

- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment

- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms

- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in property management or real estate (a plus)

- Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com

- Experience in supporting remote or distributed teams

Compensation & Benefits :

- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience

- Performance-based bonuses

- Fully remote position
