Fox Motors has a Service and Parts Consultant opening in Hudsonville, Michigan at Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson. You would contribute to our overall vision, “Working together moving people throughout life,” by developing and maintaining trust with our customers and internal team that will build long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Assisting Parts customer and filling orders
• Tracking special orders
• Quoting Service repairs/upgrades
• Writing Service Repair Orders
• Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
• Following up with customers after service
• Assisting other team members to achieve results with department goals and customer satisfaction

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and desire to work with technology to drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
