Salary Range: $122,000 - $171,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including GL, AR, AP, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report performance variances.
• Manage the cost accounting system, analyze production variances, and ensure accurate standard costing.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance on manufacturing costs, product profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate year-end audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and GAAP compliance for manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for production.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced ERP implementation or optimization experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations.
