The Opportunity
Iron World Manufacturing is a rapidly growing manufacturer of ornamental iron, aluminum, vinyl, and composite fencing systems — and we’re expanding.
We are seeking driven Territory Sales Account Managers to grow market share with contractors, dealers, and distributors across assigned regions.
This is a hunter-style outside sales role . You will own your territory, build long-term customer relationships, and directly control your earning potential.
Our sales reps typically manage $4M–$6M in annual revenue , with a compensation structure designed to reward performance.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new dealer, contractor, and distributor accounts within your territory
- Manage and grow an existing book of business through consistent in-person visits
- Present quotes, solutions, and product recommendations to construction professionals
- Maintain disciplined CRM activity, call schedules, and pipeline management
- Represent Iron World at trade shows, job sites, and customer events
- Collaborate with VP of Sales and leadership to execute territory growth strategy

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B or territory outside sales experience
- Experience in fencing, building materials, construction, or trades is a strong plus
- Self-motivated with strong discipline in daily sales activity and pipeline management
- Comfortable in face-to-face, field-based sales environments
- Driven by performance-based income and long-term account growth
- Willingness to travel within territory; valid driver’s license required
