Ginosko Modular is seeking a Master Electrician Team Leader to lead a team of electrical technicians in the factory and on the production line. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assign tasks to electrical technicians based on production schedules and safety standards
• Interpret shop drawings and collaborate with teams to resolve technical challenges
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members
• Estimate tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and hardware in modular units
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on completed work
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and readiness
• Support a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED or completion of a formal apprenticeship program required; Associate Degree preferred
• Active Master Electrician or Electrical Contractor license in the State of Michigan
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and diagnostic tools
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Proficiency in hand and trade tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional conduct
