The successful candidate will execute a variety of residential and commercial exterior siding projects. Ranging from small-scale installations to expansive commercial developments, this role requires a dedicated professional who values true craftsmanship and takes immense pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide variety of exterior siding materials, including Vinyl, Hardie, PVC, Azek, and LP.
• Operate essential hand and power tools safely and effectively on a daily basis.
• Adhere strictly to all jobsite safety protocols and established company standards.
• Collaborate efficiently with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high-quality standards.
• Lift and transport heavy siding materials and necessary equipment across worksites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in exterior siding installation across a variety of materials.
• Strong familiarity and operational proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Physical capability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license is strongly preferred for this role.
• A positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and continuously grow within the trade.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and respectfully supporting fellow team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wages ranging from $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
