Escape Room Operations Team Lead
The Operations Team Lead is responsible for the general oversight of employees, light administrative duties for their location and ensuring the player's optimal experience.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Interviewing and assisting with selecting staff members who will best contribute to the location
- Supervising day-to-day operations
- Assisting with schedules for location employees
- Scheduling and responding to participants, inquiries, corporations, and group events through a variety of mediums
- Managing physical aspects of the location as they relate to aesthetics and maintaining an overall professional environment.
- Communicating with all forms of media including social media and press

- $21/hr plus health insurance stipend, PTO and holiday pay
