Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble commercial foodservice machines and inventory components

• Clean equipment frames, housings, and parts using mechanical and chemical processes

• Inspect parts for wear, damage, or defects; perform repairs or replacements as needed

• Perform surface prep, painting, polishing, and refinishing work

• Reassemble equipment to operational standards and conduct functional testing

• Document work performed, time, and materials used

• Safely load/unload equipment from trucks

• Assist with delivery and installation of remanufactured equipment when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience: No prior remanufacturing experience required—we will train

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Mechanical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Ability to work independently once trained

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 85 lbs

• Comfortable performing hands-on, physically active tasks
