Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately, including managing changes and cancellations for manufactured products.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, lead times, pricing, and order status for manufactured goods.
- Resolve product or service issues by coordinating with production, quality control, and shipping departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details within the CRM system.
- Provide technical information and support related to manufactured products, guiding customers through selection or usage.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished products.
- Gather customer feedback on product performance and service quality to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order entry, tracking, and customer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for order management.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or technical product specifications.
- Experience with B2B customer service in an industrial or manufacturing context.
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and supply chain procedures.
