Job Summary

W e are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Associate to support product portfolio management and strategic initiatives within the Care Chemicals and Premium Basecoats categories. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising college sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Chemistry or a related field to gain hands-on experience in product management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

• Ensure product availability by collaborating with Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Coordinate and manage product launch prompts and product change initiatives with internal teams including Technology and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• Monitor portfolio profitability and provide regular performance insights.
  
• Assist in the preparation of demand summaries for Nonionic product portfolios.
  
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Marketing, and Sales to estimate and document market demand across strategic segments.
  
• Work with the Competitive Intelligence Manager and Asset Managers to organize import records.
  
• Help develop and maintain a sustainable reporting method for import data.
  
• Partner with Product Managers to analyze SAP master data.
  
• Recommend actions for product deletion or sample article extension to streamline the product portfolio.
  
• Assist with North American market launch activities for Lutensol TO alcohol ethoxylates.

Skills Required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a naturally inquisitive mindset.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Education

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Chemistry or a related field (Rising Sophomore or Junior preferred).
