Caregiver For Private Duty

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Private Duty Caregivers to join our growing team. As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands, when required.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Follow all company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving considered).
- CNA certification is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
