Job Summary
As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll work alongside a team to provide a variety of landscape services including landscape maintenance, landscape installations, irrigation work, drainage solutions and more. This is a hands-on position where you'll help transform and maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the season.

Responsibilities
✔ Assist with landscape installations including mulch, plantings, sod, and bed enhancements
✔ Operate and work around landscape equipment and machinery safely
✔ Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning tools, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
✔ Water lawns, trees, shrubs, and plants as needed
✔ Assist with pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges
✔ Load, unload, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
✔ Follow safety procedures and company standards
✔ Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
✔ Interact professionally with customers when needed

Qualifications
• Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Experience using hand tools and power equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required
