Performance Expectations
- Manage daily operations.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver our standards of service.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Foster teamwork, motivation, and a culture of respect and hospitality.
- Resolve conflicts quickly and professionally.
- Be hands-on in all positions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Success Patterns
- Proven experience in restaurant management or leadership roles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self motivated and capable of learning within our system.
- Committed to working mornings, weekends and holidays.
