Digital Operations Assistant

Location Requirement
This position requires the team member to be available in-office in Warren, MI, three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). The team member will work remotely Monday and Friday.
Summary
The Digital Operations Assistant is a member of the GP Strategies Digital Performance Team (DPT) who provides support to an OEM’s Dealer Digital team. The Digital Operations Assistant is primarily responsible for providing direct support to the Dealer Digital managers and team to ensure efficient workflow and successful outcomes, as well as handing escalated issues and collaborating with various stakeholders to determine a resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
·Meeting support
oCompile and send agenda topics.
oTake complete and accurate meeting notes.
oGenerate recaps and add to repository.
·Coordinate with product managers and agency partners to develop and deploy deliverables to promote solutions to enrolled and unenrolled dealers.
·BRD (Business Requirements Document) support
oQA all deliverables from requesters and collect missing materials (assets, BRDs, comps).
oManage status updates in tracker.
·Assist providers with gaining and keeping access to appropriate OEM systems.
·Establish their role as the primary contact for incoming support requests from digital managers and product vendors.
·Partner with product managers to expedite issue resolution, following up with internal and external stakeholders promptly and holding teams accountable where resolution is dependent on other teams.
·Become a subject-matter expert on common themes including billing questions/special requests, incorrectly assigned tickets, and business rule clarification.
Support:
·Process optimization: Identify areas of opportunity/efficiency for enhancing processes within the program.
·Assist in maintenance training/support content, in tandem with product managers and other team members.
Identify patterns where training refreshers or process reminders would reduce escalations and promote dealer satisfaction.
Counsel Dealer Digitalteam on FAQs and processes to enable autonomous resolution on recurring topics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5+ years of digital marketing/performance marketing within a Media agency or OEM program.
Familiarity with automotive website/Dealer services and vendors across multiple digital marketing verticals.
Knowledgeable of various digital marketing platforms (Websites, SEO, SEM, Call Tracking, Social, Lead Management/CRM, consumer marketing, etc.).
The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic, often chaotic environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills that involves understanding the audience; getting the message across; presenting information effectively; and communicating openly.
Self-motivated and able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced sales focused environment.
Ability to effectively and efficiently use your time to focus on the most impactful activities and challenge those that distract from the identified goal.
Ability to build strong relationships and promote accountability.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data.
