Hourly Pay: + Salary: $30 - $33 per hour + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home located in Troy, Illinois.
