General Laborer – $15-16/hr – Rockford and Cedar Springs, MI
Are you hardworking, motivated, and ready to support daily production in a fast-paced factory environment? If so, this opportunity could be a great fit for you! Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Skills:
- Ability to work safely around machines and equipment
- Basic math skills for counting and measurements
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work at a steady pace
- Team-oriented attitude with reliability and good attendance
As a General Labor, you could be loading and unloading materials, assembling, sorting, and inspecting parts, packaging products, and preparing them for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all safety procedures in a manufacturing setting. This role could be short-term or long-term depending on performance, attendance, and work ethic.
