About the Position
- Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
- Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
- Administer meds, monitor patient safety, and document per policy
- Support patient/family education and discharge planning
- Act as charge RN when assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years Behavioral Health RN experience – Required
- Active Michigan RN License
- Certs: BLS (AHA)
