**Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are a leading manufacturer of traditional metallic and non-metallic electrical fittings and connectors, alongside a growing consumer-focused line. We are seeking motivated individuals for entry-level positions in our Die Cast department as Die Cast Operators. In this role, you will run and monitor zinc injection molding machines to ensure efficient production. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor zinc injection molding machines. + Load zinc into machines. + Move barrels of finished parts. **Essential Skills** + Production + Machine operation + General labor + Machine operating + Hand tool + Tape measure + Power tool + Previous manufacturing machine operation experience + Mechanically inclined **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Foundry experience is a plus + Blueprint reading + CNC operation + Press brake operation + Troubleshooting skills + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs **Work Environment** The work environment is a heavy industrial facility, specifically in the Die Cast Department, which is hot in nature. The position operates Monday through Friday across three shifts: 1st shift (7am - 3pm), 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm - 7am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
