Body Shop Technician

Responsibilities
- Ongoing Training (OEM Certification + State Certification)
- Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Al Serra and OEM policy
- Quality Control
- 100% Fixed Right First Time
- Test drive vehicle
- Effective communication with Production Managers and Estimators
- Meets or exceeds established CSI score targets
- Values – integrity, drive, team player
- Ability to learn and follow body shop process
- Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
- Possesses ASE (level 2 or above) or State Technician Certification(s)
- Body Shop experience with import or domestic brands and automotive service-related operations
- Experience in dealership systems
