Body Shop Technician

Responsibilities

• Ongoing Training (OEM Certification + State Certification)
• Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Al Serra and OEM policy
• Quality Control
• 100% Fixed Right First Time
• Test drive vehicle
• Effective communication with Production Managers and Estimators
• Meets or exceeds established CSI score targets

• Values – integrity, drive, team player
• Ability to learn and follow body shop process
• Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
• Possesses ASE (level 2 or above) or State Technician Certification(s)
• Body Shop experience with import or domestic brands and automotive service-related operations
• Experience in dealership systems
