Warehouse Parts Runner

The position is full-time Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

Position Overview:
In the Warehouse Delivery role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are available for our installers to complete their work efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, knowledge of HVAC parts, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Stage Parts and Equipment for loading on vehicles
• Run and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment as needed for job completion
• Ensure appropriate warehouse supplies, equipment and inventory orders are on hand/replenished timely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including exterior and interior of vehicle
• Maintains trash/cardboard removal and clean up
• Effectively communicate with technicians on parts deliveries
• Effectively communicate with dispatch on parts delivery
• Correctly read invoices when picking up parts and calling with questions
• Regularly attend and participate in required meetings
• Able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Travel as far as needed (no overnight travel)
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor

  What Does It Take?

• Valid driver’s Class E chauffeur's license and ability to meet driver qualification requirements
• Must be dependable/reliable and maintain strong attendance
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Perform projects with a high degree of detail
• Professionally communicate and interact with exceptional written, oral, and verbal skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Capable of working in confined spaces and be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, perform find manipulation, and use hands frequently throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-100#
• Work independently and with teams
• Ability to learn Service Professor's business systems
