Mechanical Engineer
As a Mechanical Engineer at Peter Basso Associates, you’ll join project teams working with top architects, contractors, and facility owners across diverse markets - education, healthcare, research, institutional, multi-family, and mixed-use. You will have the opportunity to apply creative solutions to complex challenges and contribute to projects from concept through construction. What We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking well-rounded professionals with the following abilities.
- Collaborate across disciplines to drive project success
- Develop practical solutions using strong problem-solving skills
- Use BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit) to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects, milestones, and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Mentor and delegate to support team growth
- Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Embrace continuous learning and professional development
- Minimum 7–15 years of experience in HVAC design for commercial building systems
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from US accredited university (or proven equivalent experience)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented
