As a Recruiting & Onboarding Assistant, you will support our HR team with hiring and onboarding new employees. While you will not be the first point of contact for employees, you will play an important role in making sure our recruitment and onboarding processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Post and maintain job openings across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Review applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to support timely candidate selection.

Onboarding Assistance

  • Assist with preparing new hire paperwork and documentation.
  • Enter and update employee information in ADP and other HR systems.
  • Support the HR team with orientation logistics and compliance tracking.

HR/Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
  • Help track recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • 0–2 years of HR, recruiting, or office administrative experience (internships welcome).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS systems a plus.
  • Interest in human resources and supporting ABA services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Range: $20–$25/hr (commensurate with experience)
  • 401(k) with 3% company match
