A very busy local cardiology office is looking for a scheduler/receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your medical career in a supportive and collaborative environment while assisting patients with their care.

Benefits and Features:

• Monday through Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-12
• Conveniently located in Flint Township
• Competitive pay at $17 per hour
• Potential start date of 9/15/2025

Your Role with the Company:

Your role as scheduler is to set patients up for their appointments either internally or contacting other providers for continued care. In addition to scheduling patients, you will also perform some reception tasks such as checking patients out after their visits, as well as data entry, and various other clerical tasks. Scheduling is an important role within this physician's office as you must maintain a positive and customer service friendly tone while on the phone and face to face with patients.

Experience Profile:

• Prior experience as in medical scheduling/reception
• Organized and able to multitask
• Upbeat attitude and desire to work in a team environment
