Role Summary

Our client is seeking Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist to provide services such as preventative, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation services. You will strive for superior performance by consistently providing service and care to patient and families.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide resuscitation procedures when necessary including CPR and airway management.
• Perform ECG's
• Draw ABG's
• Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry changes.
• Set up and operate devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gass administration apparatus, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an approved and accredited respiratory therapist educational program and completion of exam but the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Licensed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan.
• BLS, ACLS preferred.
