Licensing Assistance

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance with policy questions, billing inquiries, and general account information.
• Assist clients in updating their policy information, ensuring all details are current and accurate.
• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals with meticulous attention to detail.
• Gather necessary documentation for claims processing and guide clients through initial claim reporting steps.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized support.
• Collaborate with agents to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for additional coverage.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed or be willing to obtain. We will assist you.
• Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and products is a plus.
• A genuine desire to help people and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
