Licensing Assistance
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance with policy questions, billing inquiries, and general account information.
- Assist clients in updating their policy information, ensuring all details are current and accurate.
- Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals with meticulous attention to detail.
- Gather necessary documentation for claims processing and guide clients through initial claim reporting steps.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized support.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure client needs are met and to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licensed or be willing to obtain. We will assist you.
- Previous customer service experience is essential, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and products is a plus.
- A genuine desire to help people and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
