Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in Bay City. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering consistent daytime hours and a stable work schedule. The role is responsible for shipping and receiving products, assembling equipment, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse and shop clean, safe, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

· Shipping & Receiving:

· Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately and securely.

· Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and deliveries.

· Verify packing slips, invoices, and inventory records.

· Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)

· Equipment Assembly & Production Support:

· Assemble water filtration systems and related components according to company specifications.

· Test and inspect assembled equipment to ensure proper function and quality standards.

· Warehouse & Shop Maintenance:

· Maintain organized warehouse shelves and stock locations.

· Restock parts, filters, and materials as needed to support daily operations.

· Keep the shop and work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

· General Support:

· Collaborate with team members to complete daily goals and special projects.

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

· Operate equipment and handle materials safely at all times.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or assembly preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience a plus.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position in a warehouse and production shop setting. The role involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the day. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and quality work.
