Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services at a high school in Ann Arbor, MI, for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment alongside three other experienced SLPs at the high school.

Candidates must possess one of the following credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status, or School SLP certification. Prior experience working with high school-aged students is preferred to effectively address the unique communication needs of this age group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide direct intervention services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP certification or licensure appropriate for school settings
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a full-time high school caseload effectively
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
