CNC Machine Process Technician

Randstad is partnered with a global automotive supplier seeking a skilled CNC Machine maintenance technician

salary: $72,000 - $84,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include:

Interna
l Performing maintenance and repairs on CNC Machining centers, high
pressure water deburr systems and additional production equipment.
Knowledge of Fanuc/UR robots helpful but not required. Must be competent
troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance programs on production equipment (i.e.,
cleaning, retooling, oil-changing, calibrating, aligning, etc.)
Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong
communication skills.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
