Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, compliance, and skills development for the manufacturing workforce.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage scales, shift differentials, and attendance incentives.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and a positive plant culture.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in employment law (e.g., FLSA, OSHA), employee relations, and talent management specific to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and employee engagement in a production setting.
- Experience with workforce planning, compensation structures, and developing talent pipelines for skilled trades and production roles.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with labor relations or collective bargaining agreements.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
- Experience in a multi-shift or 24/7 operational environment.
