- Basic SAP knowledge preferred

- A customer‐focused and adaptable mindset
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Representative supports Surface Treatment business by serving as a primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with supply chain, operations, and credit teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Role involves providing customer support primarily by phone, collecting and forwarding customer feedback, and proactively managing the full order‐to‐cash process.
